Welcome to the Hancocks Jewellers website. Below we have outlined the terms & conditions you need to consider when purchasing goods from us online.

Products and pricing

We ask you to agree to our terms of sale each time you make a purchase from our website. Although we always endeavour to ensure all of the information on our website is accurate and up-to-date, there might be times when the price of certain items may not be stated correctly. All prices are outlined in Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of VAT. Delivery costs will be charged in addition to the standard price.

Limited warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we exclude all representations, warranties and conditions relating to this website and the use of this website (including, without limitation, any warranties implied by law of satisfactory quality, fitness for purpose and/or the use of reasonable care and skill).

Cancellation Policy

There’s no need to worry if you change your mind post purchase, cancelling your transaction through SagePay couldn’t be simpler.

If you have placed an order which you no longer desire through the Hancocks site, then you may cancel it before the goods are dispatched.

Log into the account that you made the order with originally and select the order that you wish to cancel. You’ll find this through the transactions tab within your MySagePay account, then click on the transactions option to bring up your order history.

Once you have found the order that you wish to cancel, click on it to reveal the full details of the transaction. Click on the Cancel button, found at the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, and you will be prompted to enter your password. To promote security, you must enter your password before the order can be cancelled.

Your order will then be cancelled and will now show as a failed transaction on your MySagePay account. This means that the item will not be dispatched and no charges will be applied to your account.

Terms of sale

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order price.

We try our best to ensure all product descriptions and prices displayed on our website are accurate and that items are delivered to you in excellent condition. Delivery times may vary depending on availability and delays caused by the postal service. Any additional delivery charges will be clearly identified in the ‘Total Cost’ when you pay for your item(s).

We reserve the right to refuse orders that have been placed where we deem that pricing or product details on our website are inaccurate.
